Nevena Paunovic is a producer and cultural manager. She worked in the fields of theatre, performance and music. She has been working at Cultural Contact Point Serbia since January 2012 as Program Assistant.

Abstract
Program Culture 2007-2013 is one of the EU funding programs which encourages and supports cultural cooperation within Europe in order to bring the European common cultural heritage to the fore. The Programme mainly promotes trans-national mobility of cultural players, trans-national circulation of artistic and cultural works and products and intercultural dialogue and exchanges. Serbia has been fully participating in the Programme since 2008 and Serbian cultural institutions and organizations have been involved in the strands of the Programme dedicated to short-term and long-term cooperation, networking and literary translations. The Program's emphasis is on the building of genuine, long-term quality partnerships between artists and cultural operators from different European countries. In achieving this goal, Cultural Contact Point Offices have an important role in promoting the Program, facilitating the participation of as many cultural professionals as possible, and "match-making" between potential partners.
