Volunteer Group of Artistic Mindsets (VOGRAM) is a non-governmental organization that brings together young activists interested in improving their local communities and global connectivity with positive trends through cultural exchange and activism. Therefore, particularly we support activities and education related to culture, art and creative work, and the values of civil society with a focus on human rights and sustainable development. We organize professional meetings, youth exchanges, seminars, counseling and other forms of education, as well as cultural events, festivals, debates and open discussions. We gather volunteers, who wish to participate in our activities, inform them about the possibilities of local communities and motivate them to become active members of society.

We have the vision of society in which young people take active approach to the community and have freedom and instruments of cultural and artistic expression and creation.

Our mission is development of activism through culture and arts, using education and creative work with young people and kids in Republic of Serbia, because we believe in nurturing of fundamental values.
